Born in 1973.
Mrs Giang has many years of working in insurance. Before joining BIC, Mrs Giang had hold several positions in big non-life insurance companies such as: Deputy Manager of Finance and Accounting Department of Post - Telecommunication Joint - Stock Insurance Corporation, Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Division of PVI Insurance Corporation. In BIC, Mrs Giang took up such positions as: Deputy Manager of Internal Inspection Department, Deputy Manager of Finance and Accounting Department; Deputy Director, Director of Finance and Accounting Division; Chief Accountant.
From 10th April 2018, Mrs Lai Ngan Giang was elected by shareholders to be Member of BIC's Board of Supervisory and held the position of Head of BOS.

Born in 1981.
Mrs. Pham Mai Lien has worked at BIDV Bank since 2005. Currently, Mrs. Lien is the Deputy Manager of Investment Management Division of BIDV.
Mrs. Lien joined the Board of supervisor of BIC from September 12th, 2024.

Ms Lan has many years of experience in insurance. She joined BIC in 2006 and held such important positions as: Manager, Deputy Director of Claim and Survey Division; Member of Internal Audit Division.
Ms Lan has joined the BIC Supervisory Board since April 5, 2023.

OSITH RAMANATHAN

Born in 1963.
Mr. Osith Ramanathan has more than 25 years working experience in various organizations which includes an advisory firm that focuses on start-up transportation-related ventures, a trade and investment promotion consultancy and a private investment holding company focusing on managing a portfolio of listed equity, fixed income and other investment assets.
Mr. Osith Ramanathan was elected by the shareholders as a Member of BIC’s Board of Supervisors on January 29th, 2016.

WICKNESWARAN RAVISHANKAR

Born in 1986.
Mr. Ravishankar has many years of experience in the field of finance and accounting, also holds an MBA, ACCA, ACMA certificates from the UK. Mr. Ravishankar is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Fairfirst Insurance Limited, a subsidiary of Fairfax Asia in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Ravishankar Wickneswaran joined the Board of supervisor of BIC from June 24th, 2020.
